Our Story
Radiant Catalyst grew out of conversations we kept having again and again.
We spent years working across startups, nonprofits, academia, and public health and we kept seeing the same challenges show up again and again. Small to mid-sized organizations were doing meaningful, important work, yet they were expected to navigate complex leadership, team dynamics, and organizational challenges without the level of strategic guidance available to large corporations.
Teams were burning out. Leaders were carrying too much alone. Communication broke down, roles blurred, and growth stalled not because people lacked talent or commitment, but because they were missing clarity, structure, and support.
We believed there was a better way.
Radiant Catalyst was created to bring thoughtful, people-first organizational development to leaders and teams who rarely get access to it. Our work is grounded in the belief that strong organizations are built at the intersection of data, empathy, and lived experience. We help leaders make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, identify what is getting in the way, and develop realistic, sustainable plans to move forward.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we partner closely with leaders to illuminate gaps, uncover strengths, and support the development of systems, practices, and cultures that actually work for their teams. Our goal is to help organizations reduce inefficiencies, strengthen leadership, and create environments where people feel supported, aligned, and able to do their best work.
